Cancellation Policy

We look forward to welcoming you on board! Please read our booking & cancellation policy carefully before requesting to book: 1. All bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. 2. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Provisional or unpaid reservations are not guaranteed. 3. Full payment must be made once the booking is accepted. 4. Prices are listed in Euro and include VAT as listed. 5. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is accepted and paid. 6. All payments are non-refundable, except where the charter is cancelled by us due to unfavourable weather or safety concerns, in which case you will be offered either a rescheduled date (subject to availability) or a full refund. 7. Failure to arrive on the day of the booking (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
